WMUR'S "Dancing With The Wolves" results to be aired tonight!

The public has voted and the winning "Dancing with the Wolves" duo is...Well you'll just have to tune in tonight to WMUR, Channel 9, at 11:00 p.m. to find out!
Two weeks ago Wolves' international player Jesse Tupper teamed up WMUR's Naoko Funayama while WMUR's Jason King matched up with Lady Wolf Pack member Maria Salanitro to form two talented dancing duos. Both teams were given a 45-minute "ballroom-styled" lesson, to learn a two-minute routine that was choreographed by Lady Wolf Pack Coordinator Michelle Gagnon.
For the last week and a half tons of fans have visited www.wmur.com to cast their vote on who they thought was their favorite dancing duo and the winning pair of the first-ever "Dancing with the Wolves" will be crowned tonight.
"It was definitely a fun experience, all the participants were more then eager to learn and compete with each other," said Gagnon, a Manchester native. "I think I may have also found three future additions to the dance team next year in Jesse, Jason and Naoko as they sure can shimmy, shake and body roll with the best of them!"
Both segments were taped at Dance Visions Network in Manchester, N.H.
"Michelle was great, she made it so easy for us," said Funayama on her dancing experience. "It's more similar to football then you might think; learn complicated patterns, drill, repeat until it comes naturally. I think my partner (Jesse) might be discovered after this airs!"
Since "Dancing with the Stars", a reality show that pairs a professional dancer with a celebrity, hit television sets around the nation in 2005 it has been one of ABC's biggest hits. The show, which is currently in its fourth season, has grossed more then 14 million viewers each season.
