TONIGHT
The Bakersfield Condors continue their four-game homestand with the second of two meetings on the weekend against the Stockton Thunder. The Condors are 2-4-0-0 against the Thunder on the season. Seven games remain between the two clubs in the season series, including tonight's game. After tonight, the next three meetings will take place in Bakersfield.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT
The Condors are still looking for their first goal of 2012 after a 1-0 blanking at the hands of the Thunder last evening. It came on the heels of a 6-0 loss in Ontario Tuesday night. G Matt Keetley made 23 saves in the losing effort.
CONDORS NOTES
The Condors are 5th on the PK at home with a 84.3% success rate (70-for-83)...Last night's 1-0 loss was the first such defeat for Bakersfield since Jan. 19, 2011...D Josh Van Dyk, who was acquired from Florida yesterday, will make his debut tonight for the Condors...Bakersfield is the only ECHL team yet to have a game reach a shootout...RW Scott Freeman is tied for the league lead with four shorthanded goals...Freeman (3rd), C Mathew Sisca (4th), and C Robby Dee (7th) are all in the top 10 for ECHL Rookie scoring...D Tyson Gimblett is second only to Stockton's Cameron Abney in rookie penalty minutes with 83 PIMS.
THUNDER NOTES
G Olivier Roy pitched his third shutout of the season last night which tied a club record...Stockton is one of two teams that feature two rookies between the pipes on their active roster (Chicago is the other)..F Garet Hunt leads the ECHL with 14 major penalties...RW Kevin Baker has taken the most shots in the league with 149...Stockton is 10-2-1 when scoring the first goal of the game.
TRANSACTIONS
D Tyler Kindle was released today... D Josh Van Dyk was acquired Friday from the Florida Everblades along with future considerations in exchange for LW Matt Marquardt... C Alex Hudson was signed today... LW Ian McKenzie was activated from the 21-day IR today... F Chris Kushneriuk (21-day) and F Michael Gergen (7-day) both remain on the injured reserve, though they are eligible to be activated.
