Condors vs. Ice Dogs Series to be Decided This Weekend in Condorstown

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors host the Long Beach Ice Dogs this weekend, in the finale of the best-of-seven series in the first round of the ECHL Kelly Cup Playoffs. Game Six is Friday, April 21st, followed by a possible Game Seven match up on Saturday, both at Rabobank Arena in Bakersfield. Doors open at 6:00pm, puck drops at 7:00pm. The first round is sponsored by KGET-TV 17 and the new AT&T.

On Friday, everyone in attendance will receive a Condors Blackout Foam Rally Stick, PLUS all fans are encouraged to wear black attire toBlackout Ice Dogs.

If necessary, Game 7 will be in Bakersfield on Saturday, April 22nd. All fans are encouraged to wear black attire to Blackout the Ice Dogs.

After the game on Friday, stop by the Holiday Inn Select Autograph Booth behind section 108 and have your Nightly Notes autographed by Mathieu Brunelle and Eric Neilson. On Saturday, Marty Magers and Jordan Little will be signing autographs after the game.

Individual playoff game tickets are now on sale and may be purchased through the Rabobank Arena Box Office, which is open 10am - 6pm Monday through Friday and 10am - 4pm on Saturdays with extended hours on game days. Tickets may also be purchased by phone at 322-2525, online at www.bakersfieldcondors.com, or at any Ticketmaster location.

Friday's game will be televised live on Bright House Networks Ch. 21 at 7pm. Friday's replay will be aired Saturday, April 22nd on Ch. 21 at 10am. If Game 7 is played, Bright House Networks will cover the game live on Ch. 21 at 7pm and replay the game on Sunday, April 23 at 7pm. Both games will be made available on Bakersfield On Demand Digital Channel 300 Tuesday, April 25th. All games, home and away can be heard live on KGEO Hot Talk AM 1230 with "Condors Countdown" starting 15 minutes prior to face off.

The Condors vs. Ice Dogs series is currently tied 2-2, with game five to be played in Long Beach on Wednesday, April 19th. The winner of this series will play the Fresno Falcons in the Pacific Division Finals. If the Condors get to round two, games one and two will be in Fresno Monday, April 24th and Tuesday, April 25th. Games three and four in Bakersfield on Friday, April 28th and Saturday, April 29th. If necessary, game five will also be in Bakersfield on Wednesday, May 3rd.
