Condors Rough up the Gulls; 8,000 Pieces of Underwear Thrown on the Ice

CONDORSTOWN, Calif. - The line of Andrew Miller-Ryan Hamilton-Matt Ford combined for three goals and nine points to lead the Bakersfield Condors (13-11-2-1, .537) to a 4-1 win over the San Diego Gulls (15-11-0-1, .574) Sunday evening at Rabobank Arena. Ford's goal early in the second stanza launched the Sock Toss, which collected approximately 8,000 pieces of undergarments for local charities.

CONDORS GOAL: RW Andrew Miller (7th) rifled home a power play goal from the left circle. Assists: LaLeggia, Ford; Time of goal: 13:03; BAK leads, 4-1

FIGHT: A line brawl erupted with 28 seconds left in the game, resulting in 42 minutes in penalties. 74 minutes in penalties were handed out in the final minute of the game.
