
Condors Battle But Fall to Idaho in Front of 8,751

CONDORSTOWN, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors (22-24-2-4, 50pts), owned by the Edmonton Oilers, were stymied by G Jack Campbell the Idaho Steelheads (33-16-1-3, 70pts) 4-1 in front of a capacity crowd of 8,751 fans at Rabobank Arena Wednesday night.
The crowd - which was the 7th largest in Condors history - erupted during the first intermission when it was announced the team name will remain the same as Bakersfield heads to the American Hockey League next fall.
