Dayton Dragons News Release

Dayton, OH - The Cincinnati Reds have assigned INF Angel Colon to the Dayton Dragons active roster for the second time this season. Colon joins the Dragons from extended spring training in Sarasota, Florida and will give the Dragons depth at first base. Colon had just seven plate appearances with the Dragons in his first appearance, tallying one hit and one RBI. To make room for Colon, a 35th round selection in the 2005 First Year Player Draft out of Iowa Wesleyan College, the Reds have placed 1B Bobby Mosby on the Billings Mustangs roster and sent him to extended spring training in Sarasota. Mosby was hitting .260, with three home runs and 18 RBI in 31 games for the Dayton Dragons in 2006.
