WILMINGTON - The Delaware Blue Coats (20-8) defeated the Texas Legends (6-21) 148-116 on Tuesday night at Chase Fieldhouse. Delaware has clinched a playoff berth for the third consecutive year.
Louis King and Mac McClung led the dominant win for the Coats, scoring 27 points apiece. King went 9-10 from the floor, including 7-8 from beyond the arc in just 20 minutes of play.

McClung went 9-13, including 3-5 from three, to go along with eight assists in just under 24 minutes of action. Justin Smith dropped 20 off the bench alongside Jared Brownridge (14) and Braxton Key (12) in the second unit.
For the Legends, Justin Jackson dropped 24 points on 8-16 shooting, including 6-9 from three, while also grabbing nine rebounds and dishing out five assists.
The two teams will match up again on Thursday morning at Chase Fieldhouse for Blue Coats Education Day. Tip-off is slated for 11:00 AM.
