The Columbus Clippers have won four straight from the Pawtucket Red Sox this weekend (including the suspended game) to increase their lead in the Western Division to 10 games. The Clippers will have another full house tonight with Dime-A-Dog Night at Huntington Park! The Clippers averaged over 10,000 this homestand and have drawn well over a million fans since opening "The Best Ballpark in Baseball" a season ago.
All-Star pitcher Josh Tomlin is heading up to Cleveland to make his major league debut. Josh will be the 17th player the Clippers have sent to the Indians this season and the sixth to make his major league debut and yet the Clippers remain the hottest team in all of baseball with 63 victories!
