
Cincinnati Cyclones Release 2007-08 Promotions Schedule

Cincinnati Cyclones News Release
CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Cincinnati Cyclones, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Montreal Canadiens and Nashville Predators, released their 2007-08 promotions schedule on Thursday, (Oct. 11). There are promotions scheduled for all 36 games to be played at U.S. Bank Arena.
Among the many promotions will be Throwback Night, when the club will wear Cincinnati Stingers jerseys; Hockey-ween, a celebration of Halloween and hockey; Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving; Montreal Canadiens and Nashville Predators Nights, celebrating the connection of the teams; two Education In Hockey Day games and a St. Patrick's Day contest. The ever-popular Wet Wednesdays and Thirsty Thursdays, where certain beers are discounted, will be continued also
The schedule is highlighted by the Pink In The Rink Night, with the Patty Brisben Foundation (Dec. 14). Rich Franklin Night is scheduled for Nov. 16, as the Queen City welcomes its favorite UFC fighter. The NASCAR Night (Jan. 5) is now part of NASCAR Weekend. Driver Denny Hamlin is expected for the Jan. 5 contest, to meet and greet some lucky fans. A Twister Bobblehead is planned for fans attending the Feb. 9 game. Faith Night will once again come to U.S. Bank Arena on Feb. 22. Fan Appreciation Night comes in the home finale on March 28.
"This schedule will make for a fun and entertaining time this season," Cyclones Marketing Director Morella Raleigh said. "There will be something out of the ordinary happening at almost every game."
