
Chris Brown Bobblehead Giveaway Thursday

Lewiston, ME-Chris Brown Bobblehead Night, presented by Bath Savings Institution, will take place on Thursday February 27th at 7 PM as the Portland Pirates take on the Worcester Sharks in a game rescheduled from February 28th at the Androscoggin Bank Colisee. The first 1500 fans through the door will receive a Chris Brown Bobblehead, the first of two bobbleheads to be given away this season.
Brown, selected by the Coyotes in the second round of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft, is in his second season with the Pirates. In his rookie season in 2012-13, Brown led all AHL rookies with 29 goals in his 68 games for Portland. He also contributed 18 assists and 98 penalty minutes. He saw action in five games for the Coyotes making his NHL debut with Phoenix on March 4 against the Anaheim Ducks. Brown, a native of Flower Mound Texas, has played in 45 games for the Pirates this season, tallying 13 goals and 29 assists, and has appeared in 6 games for the Coyotes as well. Brown was the recipient of the Jack Button Award last season, presented to the top prospect with the Pirates that season.
