
Chorney assigned to Oklahoma City

Oklahoma City - The Edmonton Oilers announced today that they have assigned defenseman Taylor Chorney to the Oklahoma City Barons.
Chorney, 23, was recalled to the Oilers, from Oklahoma City, on Dec. 10 and played in six games collecting two assists.
The 6'0", 193-pounder from Thunder Bay, Ontario has played in 40 games with Oklahoma City scoring three goals and adding 12 assists.
Chorney is expeted to join the Barons in Chicago in time for their game Sunday against the Chicago Wolves at 3 p.m. The game can be heard on the Barons flagship station, 96.1 KXY.
