GLENDALE, AZ (February 6, 2012) - The Central Hockey League (CHL) trade deadline expired on Monday at 3:00 PM (CST) with very little movement with only two trades involving four teams.

The Dayton Gems and Evansville IceMen moved a pair of defensemen with Nick Schneider heading to the Gems and rookie Chad Langlais heading to the IceMen. Schneider has played 103 games with Evansville over the past year and a half totaling 31 points (6-25=31) and a +10 plus/minus rating. Langlais, a former University of Michigan player, has 12 points (1-11=12) in 43 games with Dayton.

In the only other deadline deal, the Allen Americans traded defenseman Dominic D'Amour to the Rapid City Rush in exchange for future considerations. D'Amour has 17 points (1-16=17) in 28 games this season with the Americans.

The CHL's 20th Anniversary season continues on Tuesday night with three games on the slate including the Rush playing in Missouri against the Mavericks, the Gems playing in Quad City against the Mallards and the IceMen playing in Bloomington against the Blaze.
