The Central Hockey League has named the Mississippi RiverKings' Sebastien Centomo its goalie of the week.

Centomo won both of his starts last week and has helped the RiverKings get off to a 7-2 start this season. On the season, he has a 4-1 record with a 1.60 goals against average and a .944 save percentage. Centomo has combined with Larry Sterling to give the RiverKings the best team save percentage in the league at .934.

Last Tuesday in Tulsa, Centomo made 29 saves as the RiverKings beat the Oilers 5-2. On Saturday in Southaven, he earned the first star of the game with 36 saves in the RiverKings' 3-0 win over the Oklahoma City Blazers.

When combining his statistics from the 2001-02 season, Centomo has a career RiverKings record of 20-2. Following a 14-game winning streak in 2001, he jumped into the St. John's Maple Leafs' lineup in the American Hockey League and ultimately played for the Toronto Maple Leafs in the National Hockey League.

The RiverKings visit the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs tonight at 7:05 p.m.
