Chivas USA launch ChivaClásico festivities with third annual Charity Golf Tournament on Monday

CARSON, Calif. (Friday, September 18, 2009) - Chivas USA will launch ChivaClásico festivities this coming Monday, Sept. 21, with its third annual 'Fundación Chivas de Corazón' Charity Golf Tournament at the Babe Zaharias Course at Pacific Palms Resort in City of Industry. The event begins at 8:30 a.m. and will include Chivas USA players, team officials, local media members and other guests, and will benefit the 'Fundación Chivas de Corazón USA,' Chivas USA's charitable organization that helps provide educational, athletic, and recreational opportunities for the youth of the Greater Los Angeles Area.

In addition to the tournament, there will also be a live auction/raffle to help raise money for the Fundación. Spaces to play in the tournament have been filled, but the Fundación is still accepting monetary donations and items for the live auction.
