Lansing, MI -The Peoria Chiefs and Lansing Lugnuts game scheduled for Thursday night in Michigan has been cancelled due to rain and wet field conditions. Since the two teams do not play again in 2017 the game will not be made up and the teams split the series 1-1.

The Chiefs now head to Midland, MI for a three-game series against the Great Lakes Loons. The opener is scheduled for Friday at 7:05 p.m. ET as the Chiefs send LH Ian Oxnevad (0-2, 4.79) to the mound against Loons RH Dustin May (0-1, 3.26). The broadcast will begin at 5:50 p.m. Central time at www.peoriachiefs.com/listenlive and on the Tune-In Radio and MiLB First Pitch Apps which are free to download.
