
Chiefs' First Round Playoff Schedule Announced

SPOKANE, Wash. - The Spokane Chiefs' WHL Playoff schedule has been finalized, as the Chiefs will take on the U.S. Division Champion Everett Silvertips in the first round. The series will begin on Friday, March 27 in Everett, with the Chiefs' first home playoff game set for Wednesday, April 1 at 7:05 p.m.
The Chiefs have faced the Silvertips in the playoffs three times, winning one series. The most recent matchup was during Spokane's Memorial Cup run in 2008; the Chiefs swept the 'Tips four games to none. The Silvertips came away with series wins in 2007 (four games to two) and 2004 (four games to none).
Entering Sunday evening's playoff preview in Spokane's Coca-Cola Regular Season Finale at Spokane Arena, the Chiefs are 3-3-1-0 against the Silvertips, winning their most recent game 3-1 at the Arena on February 25.
Individual playoff tickets will go on sale via the Chiefs' Ticket Office and TicketsWest outlets on Monday, March 23 at 9 a.m.
