
Chicago Fire FC Forward Stanislav Ivanov Receives U.S. Green Card

Chicago Fire FC News Release
CHICAGO - Chicago Fire FC today announced that forward Stanislav Ivanov has received his U.S. Green Card, granting him permanent resident status in the United States.
With permanent resident status, Ivanov will not occupy an international slot on the Fire's 2022 roster. Ivanov, 22, is the sixth Fire player to receive a U.S. Green Card during the 2021 MLS campaign.
The Bulgarian forward will be available for selection for the team's final match of the 2021 regular season against the Columbus Crew on Sunday, Nov. 7. Beginning at 2:30 p.m. CT, the MLS Decision Day match will be broadcast live on WGN-TV, CFFC Live and TUDN 1200 AM.
