
Chicago Extends All Player Options for 2017

CHICAGO - The Chicago Red Stars have announced today that all players from the 2016 roster have been extended or offered a new contract for the 2017 National Women's Soccer League season.
Players whose options were exercised for the 2017 season are: Danielle Colaprico, Taylor Comeau, Amanda Da Costa, Vanessa DiBernardo, Arin Gilliland, Sarah Gorden, Sofia Huerta, Samantha Johnson, Alyssa Mautz, Stephanie McCaffrey, Katie Naughton, Courtney Raetzman and Casey Short.
Four players, Michele Dalton, Jen Hoy, Mary Luba and Cara Walls, received new contracts for the 2017 season.
U.S. Women's National Team members Julie Johnston, Alyssa Naeher and Christen Press remain on the club's roster as Federation Players.
