
Houston Dash Exercise Contract Options on 12 Players

HOUSTON- The Houston Dash have exercised the 2017 contract options on 12 players, the club announced today.
Players whose options were exercised for the 2017 season are: forwards Rachel Daly, Melissa Henderson, Kealia Ohai and Chioma Ubogagu; midfielders Amber Brooks, Caity Heap and Denise O'Sullivan; defenders Poliana, Becca Moros, Cami Privett and Cari Roccaro; and goalkeeper Lydia Williams.
Houston declined to offer defender Ellie Brush a new contract.
Midfielder Andressa, goalkeeper Bianca Henninger and defender Stephanie Ochs are out of contract and have been extended new contract offers.
US Women's National Team midfielders Morgan Brian and Carli Lloyd, as well as Canadian forward Janine Beckie and defender Allysha Chapman remain on the club's roster as Federation Players.
Following the conclusion of the season, Dash reserve goalkeeper Haley Carter announced that she will be retiring from professional soccer.
