Celebrate Christmas With The 'Bugs This Sunday

BOSSIER CITY, LA - Join us at CenturyTel Center on Sunday afternoon for some pre-holiday fun as the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs play host to the Tulsa Oilers at 4:05 pm, presented by Raising Cane's chicken fingers. The entire afternoon will be filled with holiday themed activities, so bring the entire family and help us celebrate "Christmas with the 'Bugs" this Sunday!
We'll be getting into the holiday spirit with Christmas themed events throughout Sunday's game. Santa Claus will be taking time out of his very busy schedule to attend and hand out candy canes to young fans courtesy of Kroger. Fans are encouraged to enter our ugly Christmas sweater competition during intermission, when we will determine the gaudiest, most ridiculous holiday sweater at the game. The winner of the ugliest sweater contest will receive great prizes from Raising Cane's and the Mudbugs' Swamp Shack team store!
The Mudbugs would also like to help you with your holiday shopping prior to Sunday's game with a private season ticket holder shopping day in the Swamp Shack! From 1:00 to 3:00 pm Sunday afternoon, the Mudbugs team store on the main CTC concourse will be open to allow extra time for you to pick out all the great Mudbugs gifts you need in time for Christmas. Mudbugs team jackets will be on sale for 20% off the regular price for this special shopping event. Season ticket holders will be able to enter the Swamp Shack through the exterior entrance prior to doors opening for the game at 3:00 pm.
The Mudbugs are in Wichita tonight preparing for back-to-back games against the Thunder before they return home to face the Oilers on Sunday. Tonight's game at the Kansas Coliseum is set for 7:05 pm with pregame coverage beginning at 6:45 on AM 1130 KWKH. Tomorrow night's game against Wichita, also at 7:05, will be broadcast on News Radio 710 AM KEEL.
