Ball Hockey Is Back this Summer with Impact 864

BOSSIER CITY, LA - The 2011 President's Cup Champion Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs would like to inform our fans and supporters about the second-annual Ball Hockey League this summer in Bossier City. This year's league, which is being operated by a new company called "Impact 864", will once again play at the House of Wheels Skating Rink on Barksdale Boulevard in Bossier.
Whether you're a hard-core hockey enthusiast or a complete novice, ball hockey is a great way to enjoy a different take on the game without the hefty costs of buying hockey equipment or even knowing how to skate! Men and women, kids and adults from a wide range of ages and experience levels will have a great time, make new friends and get plenty of exercise playing ball hockey.
Registration for this year's ball hockey league is coming up on Wednesday, July 5 at the House of Wheels (1902 Alfred Lane in Bossier City). If you're looking for a taste of what ball hockey is all about, a pair of pick-up games will be played that night from 5:30 to 7:00 pm for kids and from 7:00 to 9:00 pm for adults.
Cost is $100 per player and includes a minimum of 12 games. Discounted rates are also available for families registering more than one player. Children must be at least five years old to participate in the kids' league. Authentic Mudbugs gear will also be for sale at the House of Wheels during ball hockey sessions.
This year's league is being run by "Impact 864", a new organization founded by former Mudbugs owner Tommy Scott, Head Coach Scott Muscutt, General Manager Jason "Soupy" Campbell, and Vice President of Sales & Marketing Jordan Wilson. Impact 864 is a hands-on consulting and training team which conducts team building, training workshops, leadership forums and much, much more for companies, teams and individuals.
