Prince George Cougars News Release
Prince George, B.C. - The Prince George Cougars have traded the rights to 1994-born forward Carter Rigby and a conditional 2014 sixth-round pick in the Western Hockey League Bantam Draft to the Kelowna Rockets. In exchange, the Cougars receive Kelowna's third-round pick in the 2012 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft.
