Lansing Lugnuts News Release
LANSING, Mich. - In conjunction with the Toronto Blue Jays, Lansing Lugnuts catcher Matt Morgan has been released. Additionally, outfielder Freddy Rodriguez was transferred to the Lugnuts' roster from Short-Season Vancouver.
Note that Rodriguez does not yet have a uniform number.
The Lansing Lugnuts (6-1, 49-28) open a six-game road trip tonight with the first of four at the Great Lakes Loons (0-7, 24-51) at 7:05 p.m. The next Lugnuts home game is on Independence Day, with a LAFCU Fireworks Spectacular following the Nuts' 4th of July game against West Michigan!
