The Cards got two hits, an RBI, a stolen base and an outfield assist from Trejyn Fletcher but fell 9-1 to Danville Sunday evening in front of a crowd of 1,878 at TVA Credit Union Ballpark.
Monday will be a Dollar Monday presented by Peggy Ann Bakery. Fans are invited to enjoy $1 hot dogs, chips, candy, donuts, popcorn, Dr. Enuf, Pepsi products, and select beer.
The Cardinal bullpen finished the game with five straight scoreless frames.
