Springfield, MO -- The Cardinals (4-6) combined for 16 hits in their 12-5 win over the Rockhounds (4-6) Tuesday night at Hammons Field.

Decisions:

W: RHP Edgar Escobar (2-0)

L: RHP Jake Walkinshaw (0-2)

Notables:

- SS Arquímedes Gamboa went 3-for-4 with 3 runs and 2 RBIs

- DH Pedro Pagés went 3-for-3 with 5 RBIs, including a 3-run HR

- RF Matt Koperniak went 2-for-4 with 3 runs

- LF LJ Jones IV went 2-for-5 with 2 RBIs coming from a 2-run HR, his first HR of Double-A

- RHP Brandon Komar dominated in his second start with the Cardinals: 4.0 IP / 4 H / 0 H / 0 BB / 5 SO
