Quebec Les Capitales News Release
Adam Shorsher's third home run of the year proved the difference in a tight one as les Capitales de Quebec fell to the New Haven County Cutters, 3-2. Orlando Encarnacion held the Caps to two runs on six hits over six, and the bullpen proved reliable as Tim Keinath and Shane Waroff gave up only one hit between them. Gavin Fingleson was 3-for-4 with a double for New Haven, while Shorsher finished 2-for-3 with a double and the homer. Shane Waroff picked up the save for the Cutters.
