Canton's Streak Snapped in Westchester

The Canton Charge (24-14), presented by SecureData 365 and powered by the Cleveland Cavaliers, fell on the road to the Westchester Knicks (22-16), 115-112, on Thursday night. The loss ends Canton's franchise record winning streak at 12 games.

Canton's Quinn Cook led all scorers with 29 points on 10-of-17 shooting with five rebounds, nine assists, and two steals in 37 minutes. In his Charge debut on assignment from the Atlanta Hawks, Lamar Patterson scored 19 points on 7-of-13 shooting in 20 minutes. Juvonte Reddic scored 16 points and grabbed five rebounds in 27 minutes. Sir'Dominic Pointer added two points, five rebounds, three steals, and two blocks in 15 minutes off the bench.

Jordon Crawford led the Knicks with 24 points on 7-of-14 shooting and two steals in 37 minutes. Thanasis Antetokounmpo netted 23 points and grabbed eight boards in 34 minutes. Ra'shad James came off the bench to score 20 points on 8-of-13 shooting in 18 minutes for Westchester.

The loss was Canton's first since January 26th and just their third of 2016 as the Charge have won 19 of 22 games since January 1st. It was also Canton's first loss in Westchester after winning their first three games in White Plains since the Knicks joined the D-League.

The Charge are back home on Saturday, March 5th at 1:00 p.m. to host the Fort Wayne Mad Ants (Indiana Pacers affiliate).
