
'Canes Assign Booth and Helvig to AHL

RALEIGH, NC - Don Waddell, President and General Manager of the National Hockey League's Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that the team has assigned goaltenders Callum Booth and Jeremy Helvig to the Charlotte Checkers of the American Hockey League (AHL). In addition, forward Stelio Mattheos has been added to the team's training camp roster.
The Hurricanes training camp roster now stands at 47 players and is attached to this release.
