Canadiens Assign Patrick Holland to Bulldogs

MONTREAL, QUEBEC - Montreal Canadiens and Hamilton Bulldogs General Manager Marc Bergevin announced today the Canadiens have assigned forward Patrick Holland to the Bulldogs.

Holland, 21, has appeared in four games with Hamilton this season, recording two points (one goal, one assist) and no penalty minutes. The Lethbridge, Alberta native has also played five games with Montreal this season, recording no points and no penalty minutes. Last season, in 69 regular season games with the Bulldogs, the 6'0", 185-pound forward recorded 28 points (10 goals, 18 assists) and eight penalty minutes. He was originally selected by the Calgary Flames in the seventh round (193rd overall) in the 2010 National Hockey League Entry Draft.

Hamilton's next game is scheduled for Friday, November 1st, when they will host the Toronto Marlies (AHL Affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs) at Copps Coliseum at 7:30 p.m.
