
Canadians Set For Exciting Eight-Game Home Stand

(Scotiabank Field at Nat Bailey Stadium - Vancouver, B.C.) - The Vancouver Canadians Baseball Club returns home on Saturday, July 18th to open up an eight-game home stand against the Eugene Emeralds (July 18-22) and the Tri-City Dust Devils (July 23-25). Here's a look at what's coming up at "The Nat".
Saturday, July 18, 2015:

The Canadians welcome the Eugene Emeralds with this sold out night presented by Tourism Kamloops. As well, for our fans throughout the Lower Mainland who couldn't get a ticket to this series opener, we will broadcast this game live on SHAW TV (Channel 4) starting at 7:00pm with Rob Fai and Chris Pritchett calling all the action.

One of the most anticipated nights of the summer finally arrives as the Famous SD Chicken returns to Scotiabank Field, presented by BC Egg. This iconic sports mascot, played by Canadian-born Ted Giannoulas, has dazzled and entertained fans for more than 40 years and returns to Nat Bailey Stadium after a two-year hiatus. This night is unforgettable for fans of all ages.

Another exciting gate giveaway awaits the first 500 kids 12-and-under, presented by Developmental Disabilities Association as a Recycling Bin Piggy Bank will have children saving up nickels and dimes. The Canadians will be in the home stretch as far as the first half of the season goes (game #32 of 38) and will be right in the thick of the playoff conversation.
