Calgary, AB - The Calgary Hitmen Hockey Club unveiled today plans for the 14th annual Petro-Canada Teddy Bear Toss to be held on Sunday, November 30th against the Brandon Wheat Kings. Game time is 5:00 p.m.

For the second year in a row, the Hitmen will wear their special Teddy Bear Toss jersey featuring a Christmas red colour with the traditional Hitmen Logo. Features include a Santa hat on the front logo and snow banks on top of all numbers. There is also a Teddy Bear patch on one shoulder and a Petro-Canada Logo on the other.

These unique game worn jerseys will be sold in a silent auction on the Pengrowth Saddledome concourse on Saturday, December 13th when the Hitmen host the Chilliwack Bruins. Game time is 7:00 p.m.

"The Petro-Canada Teddy Bear Toss has become a tradition in Calgary," said Hitmen Director of Business Operations Mike Moore. "With the support of Petro-Canada, Hitmen fans of all ages share an amazing atmosphere of giving. We are very fortunate to have the ongoing support of Petro-Canada and our loyal fans."

As a lead up to this Sunday's game fans can purchase a Teddy Bear on Friday night when the Hitmen host the Swift Current Broncos. Game time is 7:00 p.m. The Rainbow Society will be selling bears for $10 each on the concourse with proceeds going towards Toy Mountain.
