
Calgary Hitmen Open Saskatchewan Road Trip With 6-1 Win In Swift Current

Swift Current, SK - The Calgary Hitmen extended their winning streak to five games with a 6-1 victory in Swift Current Tuesday night.
The Hitmen held the Broncos to only 16 shots as Michael Snider picked up the win in his first start in just over a month.
Mackenzie Royer scored twice for Calgary while Joel Broda, Jimmy Bubnick, Brandon Kozun and Del Cowan added singles.
Kris Foucault and Cody Beach each chipped in a pair of assists as the Hitmen built period leads of 1-0 and 3-1.
Calgary is now 37-16-1-1. At 74 points they hold a one point lead Kootenay for the Central Division lead as the Ice beat Moose Jaw 5-2.
The Hitmen will wrap up their two game Saskatchewan tour tonight in Regina against the Pats. Radio Broadcast on The Fan 960 starts at 6:00 p.m. (MST).
