
Calgary Hitmen Hit The 50 Win Mark In Edmonton

Edmonton, AB - The Calgary Hitmen won their seventh straight Wednesday night recording a 4-1 victory in Edmonton over the Oil Kings.
The win was Calgary's 50th on the season and keeps their lead atop the Western Hockey League Standings at three points over the Brandon Wheat Kings with both teams having two games left.
The game was tied at one heading to the third period before Calgary scored three straight goals to take control.
Brandon Kozun had a pair of assists to hit the 100 point plateau while Del Cowan, Ian Schultz, Michael Stone and Tyler Fiddler provided the scoring.
The Hitmen are back in action this weekend for a pair of home games to close out the regular season. They'll host Edmonton Friday at 7pm and Red Deer Sunday afternoon at 2pm. Both games are at the Pengrowth Saddledome.
