The Rafters struck first in the second inning. After Brandon Downes reached base on a dropped third strike, he came around to score on a Nick Ammaratti single with two outs. This was an unearned run for Green Bay starter Ben Graff.
The Bullfrogs tied it up at 1-1 right away in the bottom of the second. David Armendariz was hit by a pitch to lead off the inning and then scored on an Alex Abrams single to left field.

After reaching base on a walk, Armendariz took second base, and during a rundown Eslick swiped home to make the score 3-1. This was the second consecutive game in which the 'Frogs executed a double steal to score a run.
Green Bay added one more in the sixth on a Brian Celsi sacrifice fly, and one in the eighth on a Jason McMurray single.
