Hamilton Bulldogs News Release
UTICA, N.Y. - Defenceman Magnus Nygren and forward Rene Bourque scored and goaltender Mike Condon made 27 saves, but their efforts weren't enough to get the Hamilton Bulldogs (6-8-2-0) past the Utica Comets (12-2-2-0) as the 'Dogs fell 3-2 to their division rivals on Wednesday evening at Utica Memorial Auditorium in Utica, N.Y.
Utica forward Alexandre Grenier opened the scoring at the 10-minute mark of the first period, assisted by forward Cal O'Reilly.

Comets forward Nicklas Jensen put his club ahead 2-1 at 13:57 of the second period when he buried a rebound from the edge of the crease. Forward Alex Friesen and defenceman Bobby Sanguinetti had assists.
Jensen potted his second goal of the night at 4:51 of the third period to give Utica a 3-1 lead, with assists from forward Ronalds Kenins and Friesen.
