HAMILTON, ONTARIO - Hamilton Bulldogs forwards Mike Blunden, Christian Thomas and Gabriel Dumont scored and netminder Dustin Tokarski made 27 saves in his return from a stint with the Montreal Canadiens as the 'Dogs (27-30-1-4) went on to beat the Abbotsford Heat (34-23-5-2) 3-1 on Wednesday evening at FirstOntario Centre.
Abbotsford defenceman Chris Breen opened the scoring at 8:56 of the first period when he fired a wrist shot from the slot that just squeaked past Tokarski. Forwards Corey Locke and Sven Baertschi collected assists on the play.
