Bucks Start Series in Arizona Tuesday

PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League open up a three-game series against the Arizona Sundogs Tuesday night at Tim's Toyota Center. Game time is 8:05pm.

The Bucks continue their four-game road trip Tuesday night looking to end their four-game losing streak. Laredo dropped both games of a home and home series with first-place Allen over the weekend, falling 6-1 at home on Friday while losing a 4-2 decision in Allen Saturday night. The Bucks could not hold a 2-1 third period lead Saturday as they gave up three unanswered goals to fall to the Americans.

The Bucks currently sit three-points behind the Killer Bees for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Berry Conference and are just five points back of Arizona with two games in hand over both the Bees and Sundogs.

The Bucks are 2-2-1 against the Sundogs this season, including posting a 1-1-1 mark in Arizona. Five of the six meetings between the Bucks and Sundogs have been decided by one goal with Laredo going 1-2-1 in those games.

The Sundogs enter Tuesday's game slumping as well, having gone 0-3-1 in their last four home games including getting swept in three straight games by Colorado over the weekend. Arizona is closing out a nine-game home stand with three games against Laredo. Arizona has gone 2-3-1 in their first six games of their home stand.

The Bucks and Sundogs will meet again Wednesday night at Tim's Toyota Center. Game time is 8:05pm.

WATCH PARTY WEDNESDAY AT HAL'S

The Bucks will hold a road watch party on Wednesday (Feb. 2nd) at Hal's Landing when the Bucks are in Arizona at 8:05pm.

The party will start at 7:45pm and Hal's will show the game on a big screen as well as offer happy hour drink specials. Bucks staff members will be on hand to give out special prizes.

Saturday February 12th the Bucks will host their first-ever Pucks for Autism night when Laredo hosts Bossier-Shreveport at Laredo Energy Arena.
