Bucks Star Recalled to San Antonio

(12/09/02) Eric Schneider, currently the leading scorer in the Central Hockey League, has been recalled by the San Antonio Rampage of the American Hockey League. Schneider is expected to be in the lineup Tuesday night when San Antonio hosts Bridgeport. The Rampage will play in Utah Wednesday and Friday before returning home to San Antonio for home games Saturday and Sunday.

Schneider, 25, is a 6-0, 195-pound left wing from Calgary, Alberta. In 19 games, he has produced 18 goals and 20 assists. He leads the Bucks with a +7 in the plus/minus category. In San Antonio, Schneider will rejoin center Dave Gove, who was also leading the CHL in scoring at the time of his call-up November 5.
