ALLEN, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League travel to take on the Allen Americans Saturday night at the Allen Event Center. Game time is 7pm.

The Bucks close out a stretch of three-games in three nights Saturday as they look to get back in the win column. The Bucks had their season-high five-game point streak snapped Friday in a 4-1 loss at Odessa. Laredo is 3-1-2 in their last six games.
Despite Friday's loss the Bucks enter Saturday's game one point behind Rio Grande Valley for fifth place, two points behind Mississippi for fourth and three points behind Texas for third in the Berry Conference.
Neil Trimm is in the top five in the CHL in scoring with 28 points (7-21=28). Trimm had his six-game point streak snapped Friday night. Jeff Bes (9-13=22) has scored a goal in six of the Bucks last seven games.
The Americans pulled back into a first-place tie Friday night with a 5-4 win over Bossier-Shreveport. Allen and Bossier each have a conference-best 32 points.
Laredo gave up a season-high seven goals to Allen in their first meeting of the season in a November 12th 7-3 home loss.
