FLOWERY BRANCH, GA - Georgia Force rookie DS Chris Brown earned ADT Defensive Player of the Week for his performance in helping the Force defeat the Las Vegas Gladiators 54-35 on Friday, February 17.
Brown tied a Force single-game record with three interceptions in Georgia's 54-34 victory at Las Vegas. The first interception ended the Gladiators first drive of the game, as Brown made a diving catch in the end zone. He returned the final two interceptions for touchdowns from 32-yards and 4-yards. Brown also led the team in tackles (7.5) and recorded two pass defensed in the game.
On the season, Brown has recorded 28 tackles, six pass defensed and three interceptions.
On Friday, February 20 at 7:30 pm the Force will host the Kansas City Brigade at Philips Arena. The Force defeated the Las Vegas Gladiators last Friday, February 20, at Las Vegas. For ticket information call the Force ticket office at: (404)-223-8000.
