Swift Current Broncos News Release
Swift Current, SK-Swift Current Broncos General Manager and Head Coach Dean Chynoweth has announced the club has traded 17 year old defenseman Zach Habcheid to the Chilliwack Bruins in exchange for a 4th round Bantam draft pick in 2010.
The Broncos selected Habscheid in the 9th round 184th over-all in the 2007 Bantam Draft. Last season he played with the AAA Swift Current Legionnaires totalling 18 points in 42 games.
