Prince Albert, Saskatchewan - The Prince Albert Raiders and City of Prince Albert are pleased to announce a Pre-Competition game leading up to the 2010 World Junior Championships in Saskatoon and Regina, will be hosted at the Art Hauser Centre. The International Ice Hockey Federation will confirm the teams taking part in the game and the actual game date in the coming months. The game will occur at the Art Hauser Centre between December 19 and 23. "We are delighted the WJC Host Committee selected Prince Albert for a Pre-Competition Game", said Bruce Vance, Raider Director of Marketing and member of the Host Organizing Committee. "Our fans have a tradition of supporting major International events like this and to offer it to season ticket holders of the Raiders is a great perk."
