WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that they have reassigned goalie Brian Foster to the Wheeling Nailers (ECHL).
In 13 games with the Nailers this season, Foster has a 6-6-0-1 record, a 2.93 goals against average, and .905 save percentage.
Foster, 28, has appeared in five games this season for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, posting a 2.97 goals against average and .879 save percentage. The sixth-year pro recorded his first AHL shutout with 30 saves in a 3-0 Penguins win at Syracuse on Dec. 19, 2015.
