Fort Worth Brahmas News Release
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas (January 10)- All good things must come to an end as the Texas Brahmas six game winning streak was halted by the Mississippi RiverKings Saturday night in a 4-1 loss.

The RiverKings put up a pair of goals in the opening period and a pair in the third to hand Texas their first loss in seven games.
Brahmas goaltender Brett Jaeger ended his three game winning streak and the Texas powerplay went 0-for-6 for the evening. Texas will return home to face the Arizona Sundogs Friday, January 16 for a 7:05 PM faceoff. For ticket information please contact the Brahmas Box Office at (817) 336-4423.
* The Brahmas have set a franchise record for shorthanded goals with 12. The previous record was 10 with the one man disadvantage set in 2003-04.
