Jacks Sweep Arizona Weekend with 5-3 Win

(Prescott Valley, AZ) - Jeremy Symington continues to stabilize the Jackalopes goaltending play as he made 27 saves in the Jackalopes 5-3 over Arizona on Saturday night at Tim's Toyota Center.

Odessa carried a 2-1 lead into the second period and pulled away with goals from Mario Joly, Sebastien Thinel, and Dominic Leveille. Thinel's proved to be the game winner. Symington has now won three of the five games he's appeared in.

Collin Circelli and Kory Karlander each scored first period goals for the Jackalopes.

Rob Lehtinen scored a pair of goals in the game for Arizona.

On Wednesday, Dominic Leveille and Russ Moyer will play in the CHL All-Star Game, while Paul Gillis will coach the CHL All-Star Team. Fans can watch the game with Jackalopes players and staff at Buffalo Wild Wings in Odessa at 8:00 PM. The Jacks return to action next Friday in Colorado against the Eagles. Friday's game features the top two teams in the CHL. Game time is 8:05 PM and it can be heard on 97 Gold.
