New York Boulders News Release
The Rockland Boulders took care of the Trois-Rivieres Aigles 7-5 Thursday night at Palisades Credit Union Park. Things didn't look great for the red, white and blue to begin the tilt, as they were down 4-2 from the third inning. The only two Boulder runs came from an RBI single from Conrad Gregor and later a solo homer by Mike Montville.
However, in the bottom of the sixth, the Boulders broke through. Mike Montville came through once again, hitting a double off the wall, bringing Kevin Krause and Conrad Gregor in to score. Mikael Mogues then sent a 2-run shot over the wall in right-center, giving the Boulders a 6-4 advantage. Kevin Krause delivered an extra insurance run in the eighth, putting the game out of reach.
