Boston Blazers Announce 2009 NLL Season Schedule

BOSTON (September 2, 2008) - Professional indoor lacrosse will return to Boston on Saturday, January 17, 2009, when the Boston Blazers make their home debut against the New York Titans at the TD Banknorth Garden.

Seven days earlier, the expansion Blazers play their very first game in the National Lacrosse League (NLL) when they travel to the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. and begin another intense Boston-vs-New York rivalry with a road game against the Titans on January 10.

The Blazers will play a total of eight regular season home games at the Garden as part of their 16-game NLL schedule. All eight home games are slated for Saturday nights at 7:30 p.m. (ET).
