July 17, 2022 - Frontier League (FL)
Schaumburg Boomers News Release
SCHAUMBURG, Ill. - The 2021 Frontier League Champion Schaumburg Boomers will head into the All-Star break with a 30-25 record after Sunday's finale with the Gateway Grizzlies was rained out.
Rain blanketed the St. Louis area for most of the day but it appeared as though the contest would still happen. Right when Gateway took the field the skies opened and caused the cancellation. Gateway visits Schaumburg at the end of the season and the game will be made up at Wintrust Field.
The Boomers return home on July 26. Tickets for the 2022 season are on sale now! Visit boomersbaseball.com.
