
Bombers' Final Homestand this Weekend

Battle Creek Battle Jacks News Release
Battle Creek, Mich. - This weekend, the Battle Creek Bombers come back to C.O. Brown Stadium for the final time this season, completing the home portion of their schedule with a three-day, four-game homestand.
It all begins with a Friday, I-94 rivalry series double-dip against the Kalamazoo Growlers. Friday morning, the Bombers will take the field behind Griffin Weir (Stanford) for an 11:05 a.m. first pitch. Game one is also Camp Day presented by Lakeview Ford & CSM Group. The special ticket offer from the camp day rainout on July 13 will apply to Friday morning's game.
Moe
The Bombers and Growlers will wrap up their season series Friday night with the regularly scheduled 7:05 p.m. first pitch. Dalton Greenwalt (Urbana University) is scheduled to make his first start of the season on Summer-ween presented by The Melges Group. Fans can get some more use out of their Halloween costumes by wearing them to the ballpark. It is also Freebie Friday. The giveaway of the day is the "Moe Money Moe Problems" Bobblehead to the first 500 fans courtesy of The Melges Group. There will be postgame trick-or-treating.
Blaze
Battle Creek will wrap up the home portion of their schedule with a weekend series against the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters. First pitch for game one against the Rafters is scheduled for Saturday at 7:05 p.m. with second-year Bomber Edgar Sanchez (Prairie View A&M) the probable starter. It is also Spectacular Saturday presented by The OnStaff Group and KCC Night presented by Kellogg Community College. All KCC staff and students receive free admission with a valid KCC I.D. The first 500 fans into the gates will receive the KCC mascot "Blaze" Bobblehead. Fans can stick around after the game for postgame fireworks.
Strike Out Cancer Night
The last home game of the year is on tap for Sunday, a 6:05 p.m. first pitch with Nick Medeiros (Santa Clara) scheduled to take the hill for the Bombers. It is also Strike Out Cancer Night presented by Allen Harmon Insurance, Sunday Family Funday presented by Meijer, and Great Community Give Back Night. There will be a Strike Out Cancer Jersey Auction to benefit the Head for the Cure foundation & Bronson Cancer Care Center. The first 500 fans to C.O. Brown Stadium will receive a Bombers Cowbell. Fans can celebrate the end of the Bombers' home schedule with a postgame firework show
