On Fourth of July weekend, the Bristol Blues are excited to announce that Muzzy Field will play host to fireworks on July 3 and July 4. It will be the first time that fireworks will be showcased at Muzzy Field and it should be an exciting spectacle.

Starting on July 3, fans will be able to enjoy a game on a warm Friday night and honor our past and present military as the Blues host "Military Appreciation Night" followed by an exciting fireworks show courtesy of Bristol Hospital. The following night, Boston Red Sox legend "Oil Can" Boyd will be at the field to sign autographs for fans and to catch the Bristol Blues in action courtesy of the Physical Therapy Center of Bristol. Following the game on the fourth, be sure to stick around for the huge Independence Day fireworks hosted by Muzzy Field and the Bristol Blues. To round out the weekend, fans will be able to once again see the "Boys in Blue" in action on July 5 as it will be dollar hot dog night. Be sure to include all of these exciting events into your Independence Day celebrations.
